Beef Stroganoff Casserole

Ingredients:

2 lbs. chuck roast, cut into 2-3 inch cubes

Approx. 6 oz. uncooked wide egg noodles

16 oz. can condensed mushroom soup

8 oz. can beef broth (refill with water to add to crock pot)

4 oz. sour cream

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. In crock pot, add meat, salt and pepper

2. Place uncooked noodles on top of meat

3. Add beef broth, water, sour cream and soup

4. Cook on high for approx. 4-6 hours, or until meat tender and noodles cooked.

Serves 4-6 You can also add chopped onions if you like that flavor
