Party Salad

8 oz. Red-Leaf lettuce
1/4 cup blue-cheese, raspberry-walnut or
other bottled vinagrette
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 large red apple

Wash and tear lettuce, place in a bowl and toss with dressing.
Sprinkle with pecans. Wash and thinly slice apple. Arrange apple on top of salad.
Makes 4 servings. Can be doubled or tripled. ( I like to add raisins or dried cranberries
too!)
